Everyone at PAI worked hard on another update to mTAB™. The new version was released at the end of December and is packed with new features to help provide more insights into data analysis.

After two substantial feature upgrades to mTAB™ in 2009, PAI’s present focus is on something that both occasional or power users will appreciate.
We’re going to make mTAB™ DRAMATICALLY FASTER!
Our developers have significantly cut the time it takes between logging on and running a tab. If you haven’t logged on to mTAB™ recently, please do so. We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Not only will logging in and launching mTAB™ be quicker, you will see faster performance when loading and saving your recodes, tabs, formats, etc.
This was just the first of our upcoming speed enhancements to mTAB™. Making mTAB™ faster is our focus for 2010.
PAI will be offering special webinars throughout the year. These webinars will be free to mTAB™ users with an active account. We have selected several mTAB™ features that we see as the most beneficial and plan on showcasing these features in multiple webinars. Our upcoming webinars are not meant to take the place of mTAB™ training, but instead will supplement your mTAB™ knowledge by focusing on specific topics.
First on the list of mTAB™ webinars will be Verbatim Questions. This will be a complete and in-depth tutorial on everything related to Verbatim Questions in mTAB™, including Verbatim Filtering and Verbatim Tag Clouds.

In addition to PAI's existing live phone support and our newly created Knowledge Base, we are introducing a new way to contact us. mTAB™ users and visitors to our website will be able to contact us for support by using a Live Chat application.
This Live Chat feature is available in two places, under the Help menu in mTAB™ and also on the Support pages of the Productive Access website.
PAI's mascot is the mole because for over 20 years, mTAB™ analysts have been "Making Molehills Out of Mountains" of data.
