Our analysis so far has been general, displaying all brands that are included in the database. However, if we are only interested in Brands A, C, E and G, then we need a way of controlling what is displayed. If we return to the Question Screen by clicking on the icon, found at the top of the spreadsheet screen, and select 'Columns', then we can right-click on the column question to access the following menu.

By choosing the 'Subset' option from this menu, we will be taken to the Subset Editor.

Here we select the 4 brands that we want by simply clicking in the white box next to each one. Now when we run the tab, we restrict the results to only those brands.
