The Productive Access, Inc. Competitive Sales/Inventory Query System (PAICSQ) is a web-based application that provides the market analyst with an easy to use tool for analyzing National Competitive Sales and Inventory Data. Data is collected directly from the vehicle manufacturers and provided by Autodata, Inc.  Data is updated monthly at the vehicle model level.

How It Works:

PAICSQ customers are provided with a username and password for accessing the PAICSQ application from a web-browser (MS-IE 5+). The username / password allows unlimited access during the subscription period at the customer site.

PAICSQ's capabilities include:

• Selection of data down to the model / month level
• Rollups to brand, corporation, car and truck
• Calculation of day's supply based upon sales and inventory.
• Ability to report sales, inventory and day's supply separately or included on the same report.
• Ability to select time at the monthly level (example: Jan 1990 - Dec 2000) as well as creation of rollups to calendar year, fiscal year and model year levels.
• Ability to save reports as Excel spreadsheets.

Additional Value:

PAI maintains and offers proprietary customer supplements to the sales databases, typically representative of additional model sales and inventory detail that is available internally to the customer. PAI maintains, on a customer-by-customer basis, the customer’s most current sales segmentation.  The PAICSQ software tool then supports selection and exporting of the model line data using the customer specific sales segmentation, including segmentation totals.
