NOTE: Only applies to desktop version of mTAB™!
Step 1:
Identify the location of the mTAB™ UDQ creator’s UDQ file folder.
Select the mTAB™ menu items View, Global Preferences.
Note the “My Defined Questions” path (in this example c:\mtabwin\user).

Step 2:
Determine the FILENAME of the mTAB™ database associated with the UDQ. Select the mTAB™ database as the Primary Study within mTAB™, then look at the mTAB™ application Status Bar located at the bottom left corner of the mTAB™ application window, as shown below. Record the filename (in this example, you would record Scarborough04usa)

Step 3:
Using Windows Explorer, open the folder determined from Step 1 above. Locate the filename determined from Step 2 above, ending with the file extension DBX as shown below (filename SCARBOROUGH04USA.DBX in this example).
Step 4:
E-mail (or other wise copy) this file to your co-worker. Have the co-worker perform “Step 1” listed above in order to confirm the co-worker’s “My Defined Question” path. Copy the file into the co-workers path. Note: You will need to shut down mTAB™ and then restart mTAB™ in order for mTAB™ to “read” the DBX file.
